The platform provides functions for digital recipe management, calculation of mixing ratios, and monitoring of production parameters. The specific modules depend on the selected scope of services. Individual adaptation to company-specific processes is only possible by separate agreement.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the entered recipe data, batch information, and quality specifications. Access credentials must be treated confidentially. Changes to production parameters must be reviewed by an authorized person before release.

We strive to ensure high availability of the platform. Planned maintenance windows will be announced in advance. We assume no liability for outages caused by force majeure, network disruptions, or third-party systems beyond our control.

The software is developed according to the current state of the art. Liability for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss is excluded to the extent permitted by law. Liability for intent and gross negligence remains unaffected.

We may adjust these terms with reasonable notice if legal framework conditions or the scope of services change. The contract may be terminated by either party with one month's notice to the end of the month. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with statutory retention periods.

Austrian law applies. For disputes arising from this agreement, the court with subject-matter jurisdiction at the operator's registered office is responsible. Consumers may also contact the competent arbitration board.
